Aray Holding” Company is one of the leaders of the food industry in Kazakhstan, which was founded and has been working in market of Kazakhstan since 1991. Nowadays “Aray” is large multiple-discipline, agroindustrial holding, which is specialized in growing and processing of agricultural products, manufacture and realization of the qualitative consumer goods and services. Over 3000 people work on the enterprises of the company. “Aray Holding” Company structure is closed cycle of nonwaste production on compact territory (see the scheme – The structure of Holding).

The structure of holding includes 10 LLC:

•“Aray – 91” LLC - manufacture of spirit, alcoholic beverage products, beer, mineral water, soft drinks, carbonic gas, bakery products; wholesale and retail trade; rendering of motor transportation and sports services.

•“Saryagash” LLC - plant cultivation (the production of wheat of soft and firm grades, seed-growing); cattle breeding (meat-and-milk direction, Holstein black-motley breed). It has the status of “the Breeding facilities” in plant cultivation and cattle breeding. “Krymskoye” LLC - livestock breeding (The Kazakh white-headed breed of a meat direction), plant cultivation (the production of wheat of soft and firm grades). It has the status of “the Breeding factory”.

•“Batalinskoye” LLC - livestock breeding (simmentalskaja breed of a dairy-meat direction), plant cultivation (the production of wheat of soft and firm grades). It has the status of “the Breeding facilities”.

•“Olshanskoye” LLC - plant cultivation (the production of wheat of soft and firm grades); cattle breeding of meat-and-milk direction.

•“PAB Perelesky” LLC - acceptance, storage and undermining of grains

•“Lisakovskrudstroy” LLC - building and assembly jobs

•“Lisakovskiy MC (mill complex)” LLC - production of flour

•“Alau TV”, “Akcent TV” LLC - mass media- information service

“Aray Holding” LLC leadership made the decision to introduce international standards of control system into branch establishments, engaged the manufacture of agricultural products. This decision was accepted according to the governmental program 2006 “The state support of development of the agroindustrial complex”. The forthcoming entrance of Kazak Republic into WTO, output on the international markets, developing competition make enterprises search new modern ways of development, one of these ways is the introduction of international standards ISO 9001-2000, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 22000. The Company puts the following objectives – to introduce the international systems of management to the agricultural enterprises. The system of quality management was successfully introduced on the enterprise “Aray-91” LLC and is working during 5 years.

During over 10 years “Aray Holding” Company supports financially the basketball team, which now has the same name “Aray Holding”. Nowadays the team of basketball players of the company consists of 3 teams: boys 1991-92, 1993-94, 1995-96 year of a birth. “Aray Holding” team is the champion of Kazakhstan in 2000, also it is constant participant and prize-winner of international competitions.

During 10 years the international tournament for “Aray Holding” cup annually takes place on the sports centre of “Aray” Company. Over 30 teams from different cities of Kazakhstan and Russia are constant participants of this tournament.
